I'm a Diploma Qualified Beauty Therapist and Dermalogica Pro, specialising in Korean lash lifting, brow laminations and professional skin treatments.

What is the difference between a regular lash lift and a Korean lash lift?+
A regular lash lift uses a traditional perming solution applied to the base of the lashes to create a defined curl. A Korean lash lift uses a gentler formulation that lifts the lashes smoothly from root to tip. This technique creates a softer, more natural-looking lift while helping lashes appear longer, healthier and more refined.
What is “Filler” in Lash Lifts?+
At Maddi's House of Beauty, all lash lifts and Korean lash lifts include a strengthening lash filler treatment. Filler works to rebuild and strengthen the lash fibre, helping to increase lash thickness by up to 25% and length by up to 9% after three consistent treatments. It also helps seal and stabilise the new curl, supporting long-term lash health and retention.
How long does a Korean lash lift last?+
A Korean lash lift typically lasts 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. Proper care will help extend your results.
Is a Korean lash lift damaging to natural lashes?+
No. When performed correctly and followed with recommended aftercare, Korean lash lifting is designed to enhance your natural lashes while maintaining their health.
How long does brow lamination last?+
Brow lamination generally lasts 6–8 weeks. Results vary depending on hair growth and aftercare.
Do I need a patch test?+
Please contact Maddi prior to your appointment if you are unsure whether a patch test is required.
What facial should I book?+
If you're unsure, book a Skin Consultation or ProSkin treatment. Your facial will be customised on the day based on your skin concerns and goals.
What products do you use in facials?+
All facials are performed using professional Dermalogica skincare products, selected specifically for your skin type and concerns.
How often should I get a facial?+
For optimal skin health and results, we recommend a facial every 3–6 weeks, depending on your skin type and treatment plan.
Can I have a facial if I have sensitive skin?+
Yes. Treatments are tailored to your skin type. Please disclose any sensitivities, medications, or skin conditions prior to treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?+
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
What if I am running late?+
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other clients. Full service fees may still apply.
