We are committed to delivering high-quality professional treatments and products.
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50–100% of the treatment cost.
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
We reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings if late cancellations occur.
2. Services
Due to the nature of beauty treatments, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and provide a suitable solution, which may include:
Adjustment appointment
Correction treatment
Refunds will only be issued if required under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Retail Products
We do not offer refunds on opened or used skincare or cosmetic products unless:
The product is faulty
