By booking an appointment with Maddi’s House of Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked through our approved booking system or directly with the salon.

Please ensure all personal and medical information provided is accurate and up to date.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50–100% of the treatment cost.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

We reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings if late cancellations occur.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting the next client.

Full service fees may still apply.

4. Deposits

Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if adequate notice (24+ hours) is provided.

5. Results Disclaimer

Treatment results vary between individuals.

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed due to skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

6. Health & Contraindications

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Must be used before expiry date
